Day 266 - Thursday 19th January 2006
A cracking day today !
Cracking !
I let kp lie-in until 12pm after her day yesterday. We had a fry-up breakfast, before kp said "I'd like to take one of the dogs for a walk."
This is her objective for the month and to do it so early in the month was marvellous. We carefully picked which dog and I took Elsa for the first 200 yards until she wasn't as excited that she was going on a walk.
And then it was over to kp !!! :-)

I told Karen where I thought she should walk to. She doubled it and some, ending up walking just under a quarter of a mile by my reckoning. I told her it was too far, but she wouldn't listen - typical wife.
Who was right !!??
!SMUG GRIN!
:-)
Me !
By the time we got back, she could barely cross the road. Thankfully, we have traffic lights outside our house at the moment as they are renewing the water main, so all the traffic was stopped for Karen to cross.
She went straight to bed on her return, not so much to sleep, as to lie down, but she slept anyway !
We had Lasagne, Salad and New Potatoes for tea (courtesy of Marge and Tracy). It was lovely.
That's it for today !
